Things you need
-Colocasia leaves / Arbi leaves stems
– Yoghurt / Curd / Dahi
– Honey / sugar
– Salt
– Asafoetida / hing
– Green chilly chopped
– Curry leaves
– 2 tsp oil
How to make
– Get some Colocasia leaves / Arbi leaves stems and peel the outer layer of those stems. Chop them into small pieces.

– Take a vessel, add water to it and add chopped Colocasia leaves / Arbi leaves stem to it and boil for about 20 mins. Cover the vessel with a lid when cooking/boiling.

– Once the pieces are cooked properly, strain all the water and let them cool down.
– Add Yoghurt/curd/dahi , Honey/sugar, salt and asafoetida / hing to it and mix well.
– Heat 2 tsp oil. Add chopped green chili and curry leaves to this oil. Turn off the flame and add this to the mixture.

Your Colocasia / Arbi / Taro stem salad is ready.
